The Disappearance Of Porn: Its Not Just Our Problem

I just seen this, and she said it best. So I’m gonna share what she said. I’m copy and paste her words, so this is NOT my writing. At the end of what she has said. I’m gonna share with ya’ll what hate has done to our own selves. Because by pointing and shaming those of us who are comfortable with our sexualities and not afraid to show it. By the hate in the world wanting to suppress the most natural thing for humans…sex….what has ultimately happened, you fucked your own selves in the process of it all. And the world is not gonna learn but gonna wanna why…Well, here’s some what FOSTA/SESTA and let’s NOT forget THE CLOUD ACT has done, Now that the pressure is starting to be felt, a year and a half into the Post-FOSTA life!!!

I’ts NOT Just Our Problem, It’s EVERYONE’S Problem

https://twitter.com/YEVG3NIYA/status/1174895322822103045

From YEVGENIYA: Many men complain that I make them pay over GiftRocket as GR adds a high transaction fee to the sender. GiftRocket is the most stable payment processor I have access to and I get 100% of the funds. Sex work is deemed “high risk” so most services we can use charge us 20-50%.

The criminalization, stigmatization, and discrimination against sex work is not just our problem – it’s also yours, dear clients. The more you ignore the political issues going on around sex work, the costlier you make it for yourselves to be able to indulge in our services. The more pushed underground sex work becomes with FOSTA/SESTA and the systematic wiping out of sex workers from the internet, the more expensive it will be for you to hire us on. There will be less of us around to provide services. And those of us who are left will charge a ton.

There will always be men who want to indulge in the services of sex workers. But the more you pretend like our problems aren’t your problems, the harder you’ll make it on yourselves to find people willing to indulge you. Just look at how sex work used to be before the internet. The typical rates for services prior to the popularization of sex work on the internet were exponentially higher than they are today. Men had to pay BIG BUCKS to enjoy themselves in a pro’s company. These laws don’t just impact us. They impact YOU.

At a certain point in post-FOSTA/SESTA internet, many sex workers will find it hard to justify the risks of this profession w the low rates being paid to us. Many will quit. Clients will be left with fewer choices and will have to pay a lot more. Something to think about. Clients will also be susceptible to very costly scams as there will be far less verified professionals around as the world’s govts are intent on making us disappear. If you like sex workers, you need to do something. Stand up for us publicly. Lobby your politicians. Help us.

Let’s Take A Look In Sex Work

Ok so with everything that I have gone through this year, I was never able to finish this, so i’m gonna add to this and where ever I add, Ill date it so that you know.

Written March 2019: So I had started this back at the end of Oct, this came along with the blog “Debunking The Myth: Are You A Cop” and sadly enough, i’m just finally putting this up. Here’s something that i’ve been wanting to share with everyone. There’s actually only been ONE client that has gone about things EXACTLY as it should be, PERFECTLY DONE! Brought me two delicious chocolate bars and put the half the donation in each one of them.  NOT ANYTHING WAS EVER MENTIONED ABOUT MONEY! Do ya’ll wanna why he did it so perfectly, ….ok, so here’s why, when I did his screening, he had been busted for soliciting a prostitute. Here’s the catch though, not once….but took him TWICE to learn!!!!! I’m sorry but it only took me once, back when I was 26. Ya’ll aint messing with no fool. ok…I’m this age for a reason. lol….And now in these Post Fosta and Sesta times, it’s much more costly than it was both for the client that I’m speaking about and what it was back for me 11 yrs ago. Ya’ll got to realize the importance of these laws and well, first of all, care about yourselves about all this…along with caring about the providers that ya’ll are putting at risk ok. I mean, we put our lives on the line day and night for ya’ll all the time. Please show some kind decency and respect for the ones that provide ya’ll with the playground so ya’ll can have your playtimes. If you continue to shit in your playgrounds, ya’ll just gonna have shit for playgrounds right?!

First off, I’d like to give some definitions to everyone.

What is a sex worker?

A sex worker is an umbrella term that is often used in reference to anyone that’s employed in the adult industry, in all areas of the adult industry. Those who have direct involvement including Cam Models, Exotic Dancers, Pro FemDoms, Escorts, Phone Sex Operators just to name a few. This also extends to those that have indirect involvement, staff and management, even sex toy makers.

And as most of us know, especially in these “Post-Fosta” times that the term “sex worker” is now being considered to be in the same classification as “sexual exploitation” or “sex trafficking”. Which carries harsher chargers and is now being considered all to be carrying felony chargers

What is Sexual Exploitation?

This term used to be widely used and now seems to be pretty much extinct. Now, we hear the term “sex trafficking” being widely used, making it more identifiably known. This is the coercin or forcing to commit sexual acts in exchange for money or goods (commonly known as “Bartering”)

“Sexual Slavery” is also apart of this classification.  is the attaching the right to ownership over one or more persons with the intent of coericing or otherwise forcing them to engage in any number of sex activites. This is including “forced labor“, “forced marriage”, “bride buying,” “wife selling.” “forced prostitution,”  Sex Trading IS very REAL and is a huge problem that we have always faced. “Sex Trade Rings” DO exist just like the “Pedophile Rings” do.

These two classifications are very different from each other. And often times, can be difficult to differentiate between the two. What makes the huge difference between the two is “consensual and “non-consensual”.

As I’m sitting here breaking down each classification, I honestly can see where it would be very hard to be able to tell the difference between ” Willfully Giving consent” being that I, personally have given my own willful consent as a sex slave in the BDSM Lifestyle, which is no way meaning what we are talking here. Just as I am a consenual sex worker, doing this on my accord and chosing.

 Prostitution and Escorting

Prostitution and Escorting are two very different classifications that have very small and sutile but yet distinct differences that is now being put in one classification, ” sex trafficking” Where one is legal and doesn’t lead to charges. The other, especially in these “Post Fosa-Times” bring both you and the provider your contacting harsher chargers than before Fosta.  Not knowing exactly the meaning of these two terms could now, if not gone about properly can result in with those chargers being classified in with the “sex-trafficking” laws tha are now something that all should be considered about.

The Differences Between Escorting and Prostitution

Prostitution is considered as “ willfully, knowingly engaging in sexual intercourse or any lewd act (Generally, a lewd act is the touching of genitals, buttocks, or breasts for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal) with another person in exchange for money or any other form of compensation” (“any other form of compensation” is a vague way to cover any and all ways that can be used or thought to be used as a form of payment, “Bartering” in short. Which can range from anything from cutting the grass to any and all that can be used to recieve payment for any sexual services or any lewd acts)

Prostituation can be violated in three different ways:

By “willfully” engaging in an act of prostitution (meaning to, with intent)

By “solicting prostitution.” (which is the act of offering to pay for any act of prostitution, this is including anything that can be considered to be “lewd acts” this is left to be very vague in law. The reasons for being so vague is to leave it open for ANYTHING to be considerred “lew acts”, ie: massages, dancining, etc)

By “entering an agreement to commit an act of prostitution” (This extensively covers anything from a possible nod that is seen between the two to “show” an agreement or even the “glancing of eyes”  to farther implcate an agreeance, and can be taken even fartherance of commiting the act of prostitution , meaning anthing that can be linked in a chain of events thats the illegal act, taking money out of the ATM “for the sole purpose” of paying for a sex or lewd act or even driving to the location.

What this basically says and breaks it down to is anything that that can be seen or “construid” as the intent to enter an agreement to exchange any sex act or lewd acts for anything that can be seen as a form of payment, and anything that you do that can link “with the sole purpose” of this agreement

I’d like go a step farther and state that the word “construid” here is a very important word to take notice of. First of all for example, just the simple action of having the intent to unzip your pants can be “contruid” as a “lewd act”

(im gonna make a note here that i’ve decided after all of my findings with all the research that i’ve done tonight, to scrape this blog and to start overr with it, the reason i had put it like i did, was just so that i can get thie info out of the importance of these laws, but after finding the laws since FOSTA/SESTA, kinda really none of it applies cuz its all harsher chargers so this needs to have indepth research done, that im the process of and will be working on this more so that i can get you the most important correc
